GoKids Apps: Save Paris! By Fun Educational Apps is a best app for kids because it teaches children about France, French culture and French language in a factual, but fun way.
On Mission 1 you learn basic facts about France then get tested with a fact matching game which is similar to memory matching games. After you complete your mission, you get to play “Whack a Gloopy” which is similar to Whack-a-mole.
The last mission, Mission 10 you get to review everything in the previous missions. Other missions include matching French language, history, geography, food, customs, culture – and even un-mix and match French phrases and terms.
I loved the vibrant, fun graphics – and the Whack-a-mole style game added a nice element of silliness to this app.The app is great for kids 8 – 15 years , although younger kids and adults might enjoy it too – I know I did. I wish school tests where this fun to do!
