I downloaded all the apps on the list and went and sat down with my 4 kiddos and we like 2 of the apps but, today we pick the Plants HD app for our number #1 choice
Well I have to vote for Plants HD. It’s a fantastic app; very detailed with wonderful pictures. I can’t even believe it’s free. A MUST download!

I would totally love the magic sorter and plant, but I realized we really need an ipad!!!
My daughter will be thrilled about Cinderella and Red Riding Hood because she loves books on the iPad. My favorite is plants hd. I think she is going to like it too.

I have been dying to get magic sorter, but having issues getting it downloaded as store says it is being modified… fingers crossed that it will still be free in a little bit so I can try again. If I cant get that one I will have to say my favorite this week is Snow Ball son likes the in app game with the penguins.
I am very excited about Sarah little fairy and grandma. My kids are very close to their gram who is forgetting more and more as time goes on. With Alzheimer’s in the family, it is likely we will need this on a very personal level. I love stories geared to help kids understand things that are so intangible. Thank you for all the information you provide!

It looks like Plants HD is the favorite today. I have twin boys who are both autistic and are just beginning to speak since getting an iPad. I think this app will interest them and hopefully provoke more words. Thanks
Thanks always for Free App Friday. My toddler adores ‘the Snow Ball’ and I love the illustrations and the books support of an NPO in honor of the amazing illustrator. Even though the book was a free gift, it is so much more in that it gives us adults an important reminder to cherish life and take care of ourselves and others.
