Medieval Math Battle Review

Do you have a child who is learning their basic math skills?  Or how about a child who is transitioning from only doing addition and subtraction to mixing in multiplication and division as well?  The Medieval Math Battle app is a great way to practice math skills while playing a fun and competitive game!  With Medieval Math Battle, kids will use their brain power (and brawn) to defeat dragons, goblins, trolls, and many other medieval beasts!  I really enjoyed the Medieval theme of this game, and I think that kids would honestly enjoy learning and practicing math with this app.

With Medieval Math Battle, the faster kids answer the questions, the stronger their attack on their enemy will be.  Your child will be a brave knight in Medieval times, battling against all sorts of beasts – they can attack with math and potions.  Math problems will consist of addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.  It is important to note that Medieval Math Battle is free to download and play (addition only), however, subtraction, multiplication, and division will cost an additional $0.99 each, or you can unlock all three for $1.99 (a great deal).  Also, your child will earn gold from winning battles, but there is also the option to buy gold for real money if you wish.  As always, parents can disable or password protect in-app purchasing in their device settings if they do not wish to purchase these items.

As your child plays, the math problems will increase in difficulty as they improve by answering quickly and correctly.  There is a daily bonus that kids can earn by practicing 15 minutes daily.  Parents will love features like being able to check out the Report Card to see how their child is performing.  And, kids will love features like being able to customize their character!

I really enjoyed the Medieval Math Battle app.  I think that kids will love the fast-paced, action game and will learn a lot through playing.  I would definitely recommend this app to parents who have children practicing their basic addition, subtraction, multiplication and division skills!
